On 26th April from 05:00 - 08:00 UTC Mural will be performing maintenance on our production environment. This maintenance affects only our Australian and European production clusters. Workspaces hosted in our US data center are not affected.

The aim of this scheduled maintenance is to improve our cluster infrastructure and simplify future maintenance requirements. We have already migrated our non-production clusters to ensure the process runs smoothly, and the work on 26th April is the final step in this round of maintenance.

During the maintenance window users that are online may experience reduced performance as we sequentially upgrade different parts of our cluster.

Following this maintenance window we will continue utilizing the public IP addresses noted in our Help Center, here: support.mural.co/s/article/Recommended-network-and-email-settings-for-Mural.

If you encounter issues with slow performance after the maintenance window ends, please validate with your IT administrators that these IP addresses are handled correctly by your network.
