Earlier today one of MURAL's cloud hosting providers, Microsoft Azure, performed unexpected maintenance on one of our backing services. From 13:01 to 13:13 UTC, a minority of MURAL users saw a "trying to reconnect" when accessing their murals.
Full service was restored within 12 minutes.
We apologize for this inconvenience. MURAL is preparing remedial actions to prevent similar events from occurring in the future.
