In progress - Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.
May 3, 02:00 GMT-03:00
Scheduled - On 3rd May from 05:00 - 08:00 UTC Mural will be performing maintenance on our production environment. This maintenance affects only our US production clusters. Workspaces hosted in our European and Australian data center are not affected.

The aim of this scheduled maintenance is to improve our cluster infrastructure and simplify future maintenance requirements.

During the maintenance window users that are online may experience reduced performance as we sequentially upgrade different parts of our cluster.

Following this maintenance window we will continue utilizing the public IP addresses noted in our Help Center, here: support.mural.co/s/article/Recommended-network-and-email-settings-for-Mural. If you encounter issues with slow performance after the maintenance window ends, please validate with your IT administrators that these IP addresses are handled correctly by your network.

Postmortem - Read details
Apr 29, 12:40 GMT-03:00
Resolved - The fix we implemented earlier has been successful in resolving the issue with exports and full service has been resolved.

We apologize for the inconvenience this interruption caused, and will be conducting a full review to avoid a repeat in the future.

Apr 28, 17:51 GMT-03:00
Monitoring - We've implemented a fix that should resolve the issue with mural exports. We're monitoring the results to make sure this has the intended effect and will update this message as soon as we've been able to confirm this.
Apr 28, 17:34 GMT-03:00
Investigating - Attempting to export a mural in PDF or PNG format currently results in an error. We're investigating the issue and will restore normal service as quickly as possible.

In the meantime and as a possible workaround, exports in HTML or CSV format are continuing to work as expected.

In progress - Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.
Apr 26, 02:00 GMT-03:00
Scheduled - On 26th April from 05:00 - 08:00 UTC Mural will be performing maintenance on our production environment. This maintenance affects only our Australian and European production clusters. Workspaces hosted in our US data center are not affected.

The aim of this scheduled maintenance is to improve our cluster infrastructure and simplify future maintenance requirements. We have already migrated our non-production clusters to ensure the process runs smoothly, and the work on 26th April is the final step in this round of maintenance.
